Going to Grandma's

I have been on the hunt for a suitcase for Little C. Little C goes to Grandma's often and just the diaper bag is not cutting it anymore. This little guy has more stuff then I do when he spends the night away. There are the diapers, wipes, bottles, formula, burp clothes, blankets, clothes, extra clothes in case of an accident, socks, toys, medicines, etc...

Here are some girls and boys suitcases I have come up with.

This is for all you owl loving girls out there :)

This one would be adorable with her name embroidered on the front.

Boys suitcases

My favorite is the pirate skull one.

Melissa and Doug hard suitcase.

Kids can actually sit on top of it, it is that sturdy. It is made out of a hard plastic. Too bad you can't get there name or initials on the front some how.

Here are some cute weekender bags for when mommy goes off and leaves Little C off at Grandma's.

Both are Vera Bradley bags.

Accessories for Baby & Don't Forget Mommy

Have you seen these adorable leggings? They are called Baby Legs. They make great fashion accessories for baby and they are functional. Really they are just leg warmers for babies. They can keep baby's legs warm and they will also protect their little knees when they start to crawl all while looking very trendy. Plus Baby Legs make changing a snap, there are no pants or anything to get in the way of changing, just unsnap their onesie and that's it...easy peasy.

Some adorable girls Baby Legs

And some handsome ones for boys

I wish they made a collegiate line. Now wouldn't that be super cute for game days!

Now, we can not forget mommy's accessories.
Here are some shoes I am loving for spring time...
All are from Piperlime

What are some of your spring time accessory wants?

Show Off

Once I got little C's 2 month old photos back I immediately wanted to get a piece of photo jewelry done of one some of his pictures. The pictures were priceless and I wanted to show them off and keep it near to me at all times so I could look at my precious little boy. Also, I wanted to show off my cute/adorable baby to everyone :) (of course I am biased). You know people always ask to see a picture and you can't seem to find one right then and there...well I could show them my bracelet/ring/necklace now.

I found Kimbra Studios who does amazing work. Their jewelry is the nicest of quality and very durable (yes you can even get it wet).

Here are some of their lovely pieces....
Photo Charm Bracelet.
Would be great to add to year after year. You could see your little ones growth on your bracelet.

Photo Belt Buckle
Very unique and different.

Photo Ring.

Photo Necklace.
This is a simple yet classic necklace that has a bite of "bling" to it.

If you are interested in any of theses pieces or would like to order from Kimbra Studios please contact me at CherylEnlow@yahoo.com. I will be able to offer you 10% off.

This is a necklace I ordered off of Etsy from onelifejewelry. I wanted a simple yet classic gold necklace and found this gorgeous piece. I put my husbands name on one of the discs and little C's name and birth date on the other. It turned out very nice. I am very very pleased with her work. Go check out onelifejewelry

These two necklaces are designs from Lisa Leonard.
She is very popular in the blogging world and her pieces are very beautiful and personalized.
Go take a look at her pieces.

Guilty Pleasures

When little C goes down for a nap and I have finished up all my chores (I actually don't think this has ever happened yet) I love to jump on the couch, get cozy and watch some bad bad tv. A lot of what I watch is just ridiculous, catty, scripted tv...but I love it and can't get enough!

For example...

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

These ladies define catty-ness. My favorite is Lisa. She says the funniest dang things! I find myself constantly laughing at her and her British self. I love Adrienne because she gets every one else in line, and Kyle is just divalicious and is so amazingly gorgeous! Kim annoys me, Taylor is so cute, Camille...ugh can't stand Camille...love to hate her. If you have not watched the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. You must...it is so addicting to watch these ladies rip each other apart.

Gossip Girl
Well, they are finally in college but still can't drink even though they are drinking their martinis in amazingly fabulous expensive hotels in the upper east side. They hook up with their own circle of friends and back stab each other, all while wearing the most amazing clothes. The fashion on this show is out of this world! Love it!

90210
My husband can not stand this show, he says he would rather watch Gossip Girl. He gets so annoyed how they all act like they are in their 30's. I agree but still love it. This show has some great fashion as well but I love the drama...stupid cat fights but it also does have a good story line for the teens who are watching. Right now I am loving the whole destruction of Adriana. I do love her but this makes for some great tv.

The Kardashians
Anything that has to do with the Kardashians I love! The show might be scripted a bit but I dont care. This family is so crazy and glamorous! I love Khloe's sailor of a mouth, Scott's ridiculousness, Kourtney and Kim's style and Kris and Bruce's odd marriage.

Now, you must confess, what bad tv do you like to watch when your little one goes down for a nap?

Push Present

Now, I understand that this may be a controversial topic but here goes anyways...
I told my husband that I thought it would be nice to have a push present. I wanted something to either capture the moments of our new little guys life or something that I could wear and look at to remember him.

These were the two things on my list...

I have seen some amazing pictures come from this puppy and I thought what would be better then to have a nice camera to document our new precious baby boys life.

Number 2 on my list, was a David Yurman bracelet. I first wanted his birthstone but it was almost the same as mine and I am not a fan of mine (mine is a garnet). So I decided that I wanted blue, you know for a boy. Plus it would go with a lot of stuff I wear.

I never really had to push and don't know how it is humanly possible to be honest. My epidural decided not to work so I was in crazy amounts of pain until I told the doctor I just couldn't do it anymore. Then they decided to do a C Section. To be honest I think my husband deserves some sort of gift for having to endure all my pain and running around on that day. He was amazing. He took great care of the two of us!

I actually did not end up getting either push presents. Which is ok. My amazing husband surprised me with a gorgeous ring I had been eyeing at the local jewelry store. I actually think it is better then my picks.

What did you husbands or significant others get you for your push present?
