Nutrition Possible {Giveaway}

 I try to eat healthy but lets get real, it doesn't happen.
I like to eat foods of convenience, so yes to fast food and restaurant eating.
Don't get me wrong, I love eating healthy and feel great after I do.
But I just don't find it convenience as a full time working Mama.
It's not an excuse, just the truth.

So in order to get the food pyramid down my little throat, I have to take a supplement.
But what do I take?

It was just a quick survey about the foods I eat each week, fitness level, sleep, etc.

I won't be caught standing and staring at all the supplements at the store anymore and becoming overwhelmed and then just leaving without anything.
It really is so easy.

I take a multi-vitamin, it's mainly so I can get more iron :)

The assessment told me I wasn't eating enough fruits & veggies (even though I eat up to 5 servings per day!). That shocked me.

I currently take a Flintstone vitamin every day. Yeah, it's probably time I upgraded to a "big girl" vitamin.

What a neat thing! I learned I need more omega 3 because I don't eat enough seafood! Very interesting. I also learned I need to eat more fruits and veggies!
