I love to treat myself to spa treatments.
But lets get real, I hate to pay the expensive prices
associated with those heavenly treatments.
One of my favorite treatments are the sugar scrubs, especially the peppermint feet scrubs.
Well since my other in-law knows me very well, she gifted me some homemade scrubs
and one of them was the scrumptious peppermint foot scrub.
Since I love it so much and love to save some cash flow for the real deal spa treatments that I can't do myself like massages, I thought I would share the recipe that my other in-law used to create the relaxing and rejuvenating foot scrub.
1 Cup Epsom Salt
1/4 Almond Oil
10 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 Drops Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon dried Peppermint Leaves
Mix all ingredients together.
Put the scrub into a sealed container and enjoy the pure bliss that is the Spa Peppermint Scrub.
I am linking up with AP for Hey! That's Pin-tastic to show off my divine salt scrub.

How fun! I need to make some of that. I love a good scrub.
Hi! stopping by from the link up :)
I loved when my Mom made scrubs for me at Christmas last year! It really is a great idea!
I've wanted to make me own bath salts and laundry detergents and all of those ideas on pinterest. I love how easy this is!
I'm not sure my last comment went through. This sounds great! Did the oil separate out?
That's SO easy! I'll definitely be trying - thanks for sharing! Xxx
This sounds awesome! I'm a new follower from the blog hop!
Dried peppermint leaves? Like, get then at the grocery store and leave then out to dry? Please explain...
Thanks for linking up your bath salts to my party. I've never made these but I pinned this for the future. :) Best wishes, Linda
