Today is Wednesday which means its ‪#‎GIRLBOSS‬ day! 

I want to highlight Ellison Made. 

Not only is the owner Brittany a super sweet girl,wife, mama of 3, she is CRAZY talented!! 

By the way, seriously, look how cute her family is! She rocks this mama thing!

So let me tell you more about Ellison Made. Ellison Made is an Etsy shop AND she also has a store front. Ellison Made makes GORGEOUS wooden signs with beautiful sayings. She makes handmade and gathered farmhouse home goods.

I love the simple and yet beautiful pieces that she makes. 

The quotes are always perfect.

This one is a larger piece but would be PERFECT above a kitchen buffet. 

So along with these signs that she makes by hand, she carries fun coffee mugs, throw pillows, and beautiful cotton strands.

The other day I went on a binge. Not the alcohol or food kind. Even though that would be slightly amazing since I am trying to eat clean lately. But anyways, back on track. I went thru my closet and organized it. I had so many clothes that are cute but just don't fit anymore. I hated the idea of just throwing them away because I know I spent good money on most pieces but I wanted to see them put to good use. I wanted to see someone else be able to get the wear out of them. Well, enter ThredUp!

ThredUp is kinda like an online consignment store. They have gently used, name brand clothes that you can buy. Or, if you have a ton of clothes like me that you want to see put to good use than you request a bag (they send you a big GIGANTIC bag for FREE and have FREE return shipping!), they send it to you via USPS, pack all the clothes you no longer wear and send it off. 

Then, you just sit back and wait for them to receive it and they send you money for the clothes that they will take. If you want the clothes back that they did not take, then you have to pay for that shipping cost back. 

But seriously, it is so easy, and you get paid for clothing that you no longer wear. Its a win in my book. I have done it several times now and am always happy with the pay out I receive.

Mexican Flare

I love a good convenient and easy meal and add a mexican flare to it, I am all over it! This meal right here is super simple all you need is a bag of yellow rice, black beans, corn, pico de gallo (or salsa), avocado if you are an avocado loving girl like me, some slices of grilled chicken and a big 'ol dollop of sour cream. 

Voila!

It really is so delicious. I didn't think I could eat the entire bowl but let me just say, I surprised myself. All that was missing was a margarita on the rocks.

Cold Brew Coffee

After my post yesterday, I got several messages about what the heck COLD BREW COFFEE is. Besides it being God's gift to this mama, it actually does have several other benefits than your regular hot cup of joe.

1. It has less acid than a regular hot cup.

2. Since it has less acid, it has a stronger flavor.

3. It is STRONGER! Gives you more of a caffeine punch!

Coffee Lover

Ok, ok so I took a long, long blogging break, like 2 years long I think it was. I needed it though. I am back and refreshed. I will mostly be posting on my Facebook page  but will stop in here occasionally too. 

Now to say my life is busy is an understatement. With being a full time paralegal, wife, housekeeper, cook, boo-boo kisser, and overall boy mom, I like to think I can juggle it all but in reality I am often treading water. But, thats life right. One thing you will realize very quickly is that what gets me by is COFFEE. I LOVE COFFEE. It's a sick obsession I tell ya...

So, in the midst of my crazy day, I got off work, ran to Publix (by the way if your area doesn't have a Publix than I'm sorry for you) to grab the random essentials (my mid-week randoms this week were strawberries, granola bars, eggs, muffin mix, and wine) before I had to race to go get the boys and ran across this Stumptown Coffee Roasters and this International Delight creamer so of course its coffee related so I threw it in my basket because...why not right? Well, holy geez this is THE BEST COLD BREW COFFEE and CREAMER ever! I suggest you grab some on your next grocery run! And another plus it is saving me money instead of running to Starbucks on my lunch break for a caffeine fix. ‪#‎mom life‬  
Do you have any other go to caffeine suggestions. I love coffee but will not turn down a healthy caffeine fix.
